Major Irish airline Aer Lingus operates different routes across Asia, North America and Europe.

However, the airline has issued travel in different Italian cities. The airline has restrictions to travel within Codogno, Castiglione d’Adda, Casalpusterlengo, Fombio, Maleo, Somaglia, Bertonico, Terranova dei Passerini, Castelgerundo, San Fiorano (in Lombardy) and Vo’ (in Veneto).

Air New Zealand

New Zealand’s airline Air New Zealand has issued restrictions for travellers to travel in New Zealand from South Korea and Italy.

Also, the airline issues furhermore restrictions to travel in New Zealand from other countries and travellers travelling to other destinations.

The airline also restricts online check-in for increased border restrictions. There is a confirmed COVID-19 case while on-board.

UK’s leading airline British Airways have removed the change fee on all new bookings made between Tuesday 3 March to Monday 31 March 2020.

Easyjet

Meanwhile, one of the UK’s leading airlines Easyjet has issued restrictions to travel in different countries.

Currently, Easyjet has restrictions to travel in most popular holiday destinations like Italy.

The airline has released a statement: “Italian authorities have implemented strict travel restrictions for flights to, from and within Italy until 3rd April 2020.”

Also, Easyjet has cancelled its flights between Italy and Jordan under Jordanian Government’s travel restrictions. This prevents non-Jordanian passengers who have visited Italy, China, South Korea and Iran in the last 14 days from entering Jordan.

Meanwhile, Easyjet also issues arrival restrictions on flights between Italy to Israel. only Israeli nationals or residents in possession of an Israeli passport, Israeli Identity Cards or A/5 Residence permits will be allowed to travel on flights from Italy to Israel.

Passengers can transfer their flights on a later date. The airline is offering rebook onto “flights departing from Wednesday the 1st of April 2020 without any further charges”.

However, the airline is also issuing travelling restrictions to and from Israel for major Italian cities Basel, Berlin Schoenefeld and Tegel, Bordeaux, Geneva, Lyon, Nantes, Nice, Paris, Toulouse.

For Czech Republic, Easyjet prevents entering certain Italian flights from operating to Prague from 5 March to 18 March, flights from Milan Malpensa and Venice to Prague have been cancelled.

Spanish airline Iberia is offering its customers to modify their flights because of Coronavirus outbreak.

Germany’s leading airline Lufthansa is suspending its flights to Iran and China. It is allowing its customers to re-book their tickets on a later period.

Norwegian

Scandinevia’s regional airline Norwegian is preparing to cancel approximately 3000 flights between mid-March and mid-June amid Coronavirus outbreak.

Meanwhile, Norwegian is also waiving the change fee for customers who booked flights to and from other destinations in Italy on or before 6 March 2020 with a travel date before or on 19 March 2020.

Customers will need to get in touch with the airline’s Customer Care team to change to a new departure date.

The airline issues restrictions for arrival and departure in Italy. Alongside, the airline also has restrictions for travellers to and from travelling to the USA, Turkey and Israel.

Australia’s leading airline Qantas is offering a one-time fee-free change to new international flight bookings made between 10 – 31 March 2020, for travel before 30 June 2020.

The airline also suspends flights between Australia and mainland China until mid-July. Customers are also eligible for refunds for booked flights directly with Qantas to or from mainland China during this period.

Another Irish airline Ryanair issues restrictions to travel in certain countries including Italy.

The airline is offering its customers for a refund or rebook their flighs for one of the affected regions.
